17th century walnut chest with single-panelled front carved with double floral scroll motif with bunches of 'grapes'.
Nr.02 carved side pilasters. Feet in turn carved with floral motifs.
Original lock, including high quality key, hinges and decorative wrought iron side handles.

Chest made entirely of carved walnut also on the inside of the lid, with secrets. Front divided by 4 carved vertical pilasters forming 3 mirrors with double lancet windows and carvings. Upper and lower parts with bands subdivided by small carved subclaves. In the side parts double pilaster strips with a mullioned window in the middle part. Upper and lower parts with bands divided by small, carved subclaves. Iron feet. In the lower part, internally under-shelves. Decoration divided by 3 carved vertical pilasters with double lancet windows and carvings. Present lock and carvings.
