The order placed and sent by the customer on DVintage.it has the value of a contractual proposal and implies the complete acceptance of the "general conditions of sale" set out below.
Order Selection
To purchase the products, the Customer must fill in and send the order form following the instructions contained in the Site. The Customer must then add the product to the "cart" and after having read the General Conditions described herein and the Privacy Policy available on the Site.
The visual representation of the products normally corresponds to the descriptive sheet but may differ in color or size and in this case the descriptive sheet is authentic.
Order Receipt
The receipt of the order is confirmed by Dvintage.it through an automatic reply to the e-mail address provided during the purchase by the customer. The automatic response confirms the receipt of the order and therefore of the purchase proposal. The confirmation message will contain the order number to refer to for any communication between the customer and Dvintage.it.
After contacting the customer via email, any clarifications, pre- and post-sales information are provided. In case of doubts or problems of any kind, customers can send a communication to the following e-mail address: info@dvintage.it indicating:
• Reason for request.
• Name, Surname and order number, if any, (in case of after-sales service). A reply will be given within 3 working days via the e-mail address indicated.
Order Acceptance
As soon as the order is processed, the customer receives a communication by email. Each Purchase Contract entered into between Dvintage.it and the customer shall be deemed to have been concluded with the acceptance of the order by Dvintage.it. who has the right to accept or not, at its own discretion, the order sent by the Client without the latter being able to make claims or rights of any kind, for any reason, including compensation, in the event of non-acceptance of the order itself. The order is considered accepted by Dvintage.it if, within 4 working days from the sending of the order, the customer does not receive any further communication. In case of non-acceptance, Dvintage.it will notify the customer by e-mail.
Product availability is not always updated in real-time on the product page. Products may be out of stock and no longer available. Dvintage.it also does not guarantee the certainty of immediate delivery of the products purchased and indicated as available on the site and therefore Dvintage.it will not be responsible for any delays in the processing of orders. In the event of delays in order processing, for any reason, Dvintage.it undertakes to promptly notify the customer.
Acceptance of the "General Terms and Conditions of Sale"
By sending the order, the customer declares that he/she has read all the information provided to him/her during the purchase procedure, and that he/she fully accepts the General Terms and Conditions of Sale indicated herein, the payment conditions described below and the duration of the warranty of the purchased product.
CONFORMITY OF THE GOODS TO THE CONTRACT
All products sold by D Vintage follow precise subjective and objective requirements as provided for by Article 129 of the Code of Civil Procedure and are reported below, by way of example, also taking into account that they are used goods whose intrinsic value is also given by the wear and tear of time:
1. correspondence to the description of the type, quantity, quality and functionality described;
2. the supply together with accessories, packaging and instructions, including those relating to installation, if provided for in the sales contract;
3. the suitability for the purposes for which goods of that type are used, taking into account the provisions of national and European legislation, technical standards or, failing that, the codes of conduct of the industry applicable to the specific sector.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF RISK
Packages are generally shipped within 7/14 days of receipt of payment by carrier "white gloves" .

•Shipping costs will be calculated (in Italy) based on the volume and region of destination (the amount will come out when the product is acquired in the cart)
•As far as Europe and non-EU countries are concerned, shipping costs will be quantified on a case-by-case basis.

It's a good idea to group items in a single order. It is not possible to group two separate orders placed separately and in this case shipping costs will be applied to each of them. Special attention will be paid to the protection of fragile items. The boxes are large in size and the items are well protected.
If the goods travel at risk of Dvintage.it, the risk of damage during shipment and transport is always borne by Dvintage.it who will take out appropriate insurance. The risk of damage is transferred to the consumer customer only when the latter materially comes into possession of the purchased product.
The only exception, pursuant to Article 63 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, is the case in which the carrier responsible for transporting the goods has been chosen by the customer outside of those proposed by Dvintage.it. In this case, the risk is transferred to the customer from the moment the product purchased by the seller is delivered to the carrier.
The goods are delivered approximately 7/10 DAYS AFTER COLLECTION.
The delivery will be made at the roadside in a place accessible to standard vehicles (with ZTL to be quoted separately)
Discharge by the recipient.
Otherwise, if the shipment is to be made abroad, the delivery date will be indicated from time to time.
In the event of holidays, delays on the part of the shipper or force majeure Dvintage.it will in no case be responsible for any delays in delivery.

Prices are clearly indicated on the website and include VAT IF DUE and any other taxes.

GUARANTEE
All marketed products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code, which covers any lack of conformity of the items purchased, existing at the time of delivery and occurring within 1 year of delivery of the goods, since they are used goods.
To benefit from this warranty, the customer must promptly (2 working days) report the lack of conformity by means of a communication addressed to the seller indicating the defects and defects found and attaching photos.
Any defects or damages caused by accidental events or by the Customer's responsibility for use of the products that do not conform to their intended use, or as a result of normal wear and tear or minor defects, are excluded from the lack of conformity and, therefore, from the legal warranty.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the right of withdrawal (or "reconsideration") pursuant to Article 54 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) for the protection of consumers which regulates distance contracts, each buyer has the right to return the purchased goods (or revoke the order placed) if the product itself does not meet his requests or is no longer of interest to him, without any penalty and without having to specify the reason, within and not 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
According to the provisions of Article 56 of the Consumer Code, the refund in the event of withdrawal must be made within another 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
In case of withdrawal, the SHIPPING COSTS are at the expense of the customer who purchased the product.

If the product is defective or non-compliant, the shipping cost is borne by Dvintage.it who will indicate a courier for collection by providing all the instructions and appropriate documentation via email.
Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Article 66 bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005: for civil disputes, in the event that the purchaser is a private individual acting for purposes unrelated to the exercise of the business or his professional activity, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction lies with the Judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the territory of the State.
Pursuant to European Union Regulation No. 524/2013, the customer may also take advantage of the right to refer the matter to the European Dispute Resolution Body, on the dedicated website, as an alternative to the ordinary courts mentioned above.
